How to maintain the machine?

Daily cleaning: After each use, the surface of the welding machine and the working area should be cleaned to remove dust, welding slag and other impurities. This helps prevent foreign matter from entering the machine and affecting performance.

Check cables and connectors: Regularly check welding cables, ground clamps and all connection points for wear or damage. Make sure all connections are firm and not loose to avoid bad arcs or safety hazards.

Wire feeding mechanism maintenance: Since some debris may remain when the welding wire passes through the wire feeding wheel, it is necessary to regularly clean the wire feeding wheel and wire guide tube and check them for wear. Replace them if necessary.
